One of my latest interior design project by Spectrum Architecture.
Thoughtfully inspired by the coastal landscape and surrounding ecology, the architecture centers around a muted olive palette, warm wood profiles, and honest, natural materials that mirror the raw environment.
Soft diffused light, meticulously layered textures, and sharp architectural lines converge to forge a serene, immersive atmosphere where interior boundaries and the exterior landscape feel seamlessly unified.
Every individual space is shaped with explicit structural intention, seamlessly balancing minimalist forms with a deep material richness to deliver a quiet, highly refined living experience.
A light-filled, open space where water, reflection, and natural tones create a seamless connection between interior and exterior
An open, minimal environment where natural light and warm textures create a focused, balanced experience.

A contemporary penthouse designed around light, expansive views and quiet material contrast. Soft limestone tones, warm timber panelling and creamy textured upholstery establish a calm, refined base, while black stone, smoked glass and sculptural furniture add depth and definition.
The living area is conceived as one generous social space, connecting the lounge, dining area and kitchen through continuous materiality. Bespoke timber joinery forms a calm backdrop while concealing storage, entertainment and a built-in bar. Sculptural black furniture, a low modular sofa and collectible objects introduce personality without interrupting the clarity of the space.
The bedroom carries this same balance into a more intimate setting—soft oak panelling, black velvet upholstery, olive accents and warm lighting create a quiet sense of comfort and sophistication.
Anchored by a meticulous balance of raw materiality and structural form, this interior concept explores the fluid intersection of contemporary living and historical art. The space is anchored by sweeping expanses of warm, deeply figured wood paneling contrasted elegantly against the porous, organic texture of premium travertine walls.
A low-profile modular sofa anchors the conversational zone, grounding the layout while preserving open site lines toward the floor-to-ceiling windows that welcome soft, natural morning gradients. Every element is configured with architectural intent, blending clean modern lines with historic echoes to cultivate a quiet, immersive luxury.
The spatial identity is explicitly defined by the intentional integration of fine art, featuring a prominent placement of avant-garde Georgian master Petre Otskheli’s 'Staircase' (1937)—turning a private residential layout into a profound, curated museum-quality narrative.
I believe the beauty of a minimal space lies in its ability to let a single piece become the main character.
The richness of wood introduces warmth and depth, creating a timeless backdrop where art and materiality take center stage.

This design presentation highlights a luxurious, high-end living area that centers around rich organic textures and curated mid-century furniture pieces.

A single piece of art can define the atmosphere of an entire space.

This layout showcases a luxurious, open-concept penthouse apartment where a central hall entrance seamlessly transitions into a home office, a living area, and a dining zone, all unified by a refined Japandi-minimalist design language.
The main entrance opens directly into a wide, fluid spine that serves as the architectural heart of the home.
Designed as an intimate sanctuary of quiet luxury, this master suite explores the interplay of dramatic contrast, soft luminescence, and curated art historical narratives. The headboard wall features a monolithic expanse of deep, high-gloss lacquered paneling, framing a custom oversized cream headboard with soft rounded profiles that match the room's fluid architectural geometry.
A Parisian apartment where Haussmannian architecture meets lacquered noir. Ornate cornices, French doors, iron balconies and herringbone parquet form a soft, historic shell, contrasted by mirror-black joinery, dark walnut, sculptural bronze and cream stone.
Olive velvet, smoky abstract art and warm, quiet lighting give each room a cinematic, collected atmosphere—rich, restrained and deeply personal.
The bathroom utilizes a dark, high-gloss charcoal wrap on the side walls to create an immersive, theater-like enclosure. This moody palette emphasizes the bright window opening and the white marble surfaces.
The floating double vanity serves as a primary organic texture. It features a rich Walnut Burl veneer fascia with chaotic, swirling grain details, perfectly balanced by a thick Calacatta marble countertop and integrated trough basins.
This bathroom design serves as a breathtaking addition to the penthouse portfolio, masterfully continuing the high-contrast Parisian minimalism and dramatic stone aesthetics established in the previous rooms.
This layout introduces a bright, conversational salon and lounge zone to the apartment layout. It moves away from the near-black, theater-like palette of the previous rooms, instead embracing warm terracotta wood tones, soft cream leathers, and highly distinctive mid-century collector's furniture.
The combination of marble, deep tones, and natural light creates a quiet sense of luxury rooted in materiality.
The back wall features a grand, horizontally oriented slab of raw, honed cream Travertine stone, adding a soft, linear organic texture to the room.Flanking the central stone slab are custom, built-in display niches featuring light oak wood linings and floating black glass shelves styled with minimal ceramics.
Below the stone and shelving runs a continuous, floating media credenza finished in a high-gloss black lacquer, tying back to the apartment’s signature dark theme.
